Industry Strategy Consulting is the business / project consultancy arm of the Commercial Services Division. We specialise in undertaking consultancy projects within the food Industry, particularly the meat and livestock sector. Consultancy is carried out through the deployment of specialist multi-disciplinary project teams using experts from within the Group and a network of Associates within and outside of the Meat and Livestock Commission. Industry Strategy provides a consultancy service to help firms in the food and related industries with Corporate and Strategic Management Planning. We also have a great deal of experience in strategic analysis at the regional, country and industry wide level.

We will evaluate your business and that of your competitors in order to provide you with the best solutions and work with you to develop sound strategic plans. This will allow you to effectively develop your business and maximise your potential to target specific issues such as:
